Registration fees cover participation in the two-day deliberations, conference kit, tea, snacks & lunch, participation certificate, & e-participation certificate for SYMHEALTH 2024. You will have to register separately for Networking Dinner (in case you have not availed of accommodation)

Yes, SYMHEALTH 2024 will be accredited by “Maharashtra Medical Council”.
8.How to reach the venue of the SYMHEALTH 2024 Conference and what kind of transportation facilities are available?
Ans:
The conference will be held at Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Lavale Campus. The venue will be as follows:
- Day I (from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm): Lavale Hill base campus
- Day I: (from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm) : Lavale Hill top campus
- Day II (Full Day) : Lavale Hill Top campus

Following Transportation facilities are available at the venues:
- A)Lavale Hill Base: You can get Private/Shared Auto rickshaws, Public Transport Buses of Pune Municipal Corporation. You can book an OLA /UBER Auto rickshaw/Cab.
- B)Lavale Hill Top campus: You can book an OLA /UBER Auto rickshaw/Cab
Transportation facility is available for movement of Delegates from Lavale Hill Base Campus to Lavale Hill Top campus for Lunch and further sessions on Day I at 1.00 pm.
9.Is there any accommodation facility available?
Ans:
Yes. Accommodation facility is available at the conference venue. Rooms will be strictly allotted on first come first serve basis. Non-AC rooms with basic amenities are available. The details of types of rooms and facility-wise charges are available at following links:
10.Can I get on-spot accommodation?
Ans:
Yes, Non-AC rooms can be allotted on a first come first serve basis, depending upon availability.
11.Are there any Recreation & Wellness facilities available?
Ans:
Yes. Recreation & Wellness facilities are available at Lavale Hill Top campus where session. The facilities are complimentary for all the registered delegates. Following facilities are available: Squash, Table Tennis, Pool Table, Carom, Chess, and Selfie Point. The facilities will be complimentary for those who have availed accommodation.
12.Is there any general store at the conference venue?
Ans:
Yes. The general store is near the Chamomile student’s hostel at Lavale Hill base and near the Mess at Lavale Hill Top campus.
13.Can I get an internet connection at the Conference?
Ans:
Yes. There will Wi-Fi facilities available at both campuses. Before starting the sessions of Pre-Conference symposium and Conference, you will receive information about Network ID and passwords at both campuses. It is free of cost for all registered delegates.
14.Is there any parking facility for self-driven cars?
Ans:
Yes. It is available at Lavale Hill Base campus and Lavale Hill Top campus. Please contact Help Desk for further information on the conference dates.
