Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Conference registration is mandatory for conference presentation.
- Abstracts must be no more than 200 words.
- It must be original and free from plagiarism (please check plagiarism before submission; similarity index < 15% and AI content < 15%).
- Mode of presentation: Offline mode.
- Type of research: Original research / Reviews / Conceptual / Empirical / Working papers.
Abstract should contain the following:
- Details of the presenting author, corresponding author, and other authors (if applicable).
- Affiliations and designations of all authors.
- Official email ID of the presenting author.
- Theme (selected from the list provided).
Structured Abstract:
[Provide a concise summary of the research study, covering the following key components:]
- Title of the abstract.
- Background: Briefly introduce the context and significance of the research problem.
- Objectives: State the specific aim or objectives of the study.
- Methods: Describe the study design, methodology, and data collection techniques.
- Results: Present the main findings or outcomes of the study.
- Conclusion: Summarize the implications of the findings and their significance in the broader context of the field.
- Keywords: List 3–5 keywords or phrases that capture the essence of the study.
Review, Presentation and Publication Process:
- Incorrect formatting may result in rejection of the full paper.
- The jury will review all full papers, and selected papers will be invited for oral or poster presentation during the conference.
- Winners will be selected from the oral and poster categories, and the decision of the jury will be final.
- In addition to conference presentation, full papers will undergo a further review process for publication in the conference compendium; a few high-quality papers may be considered for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal after the conference.
- Final publication in the journal will be solely at the discretion of the journal’s editorial board and subject to the journal’s review process.
- The decision of the scientific committee will be final regarding publication as well as oral and poster presentations.
Ethics & Publication Integrity
SYMHEALTH 2026 adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All submissions must be original and should not be under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and redundant publication are strictly prohibited. Authors are required to ensure proper citation practices, obtain ethical approval where applicable, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, declare conflicts of interest, and evaluate manuscripts objectively and professionally. Any instances of ethical misconduct will be thoroughly investigated and may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
Peer-Review & Article Selection Process
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
- Initial Screening: Editorial assessment for relevance, originality, quality, and ethical compliance.
- External Review: Each manuscript is evaluated by a minimum of two independent expert reviewers.
- Decision: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
- Final Selection: Based on reviewer reports and editorial evaluation.
All accepted papers included in the conference proceedings are peer-reviewed in accordance with international academic standards.
